House has a good size living room, separate dining space and shared, fully equipped kitchen with big fridge/freezer.

Part-Furnished (room comes with a big built in wardrobe). Plenty of space for other storage or a desk if needed. Room has a Juliette balcony which means all afternoon sun and amazing sunset views!

We are two young professionals, we both enjoy going to the gym, brunch, making dinners together and chill evening on the sofa (or a night out if we fancy it!). We're looking for someone with a similar vibe who is keen to join in. We very much see the flat as our home and like to keep it clean and tidy so are looking for someone who is happy to get involved with keeping our home lovely!

Bills not included but roughly £150 for everything (council tax, water, internet, flat amenities, etc...).
