Room available for a Monday - Friday let from July sharing with one other female. It is suitable from someone who has their own home they return to at the weekend. The room is large, approx 12.5 x 13.5 foot squared, big double glazed windows, plenty of storage, a small desk and a chair. There is a shared bathroom with shower and constant hot water. The small shared kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven/grill, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and a microwave with plenty of cooking equipment. You will have access to fast internet. No access to the living room.

The flat is located in a quiet leafy suburb within 5 -10 minutes walk to: Wimbledon Common, three gastro pubs, a Co Op, Wimbledon Village is about 10 - 12 minutes walk with numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. Great location if you like the outdoors.

The nearest bus is the 200 which in 5 minutes will take you to either Wimbledon or Raynes Park. The 57 and 131 are about 5-7 minutes walk. Wimbledon has a mainline station with regular trains to Waterloo and the District Line tube, there are numerous buses available. Walking into the centre of Wimbledon is about 20-25 minutes. The road has parking restrictions between 8.30-6.30pm.

I work from home 3 days per week so would prefer someone who does not work from home. Looking for a tidy, respectful person who works full time.
Rent is £550 per month (eg, 4 nights) inclusive of bills.
