Double room in Wimbledon flatshare

Hi everyone, I’m Ivan. My flatmate Giorgia is sadly leaving to move in with friends, so I'm looking for someone who will fit in to the flatshare with me and Hannah.

I'm a 29 year old civil servant, working in the office every day except for the very occasional working from home day. I like reading, dog walks, nature and going to restaurants. My boyfriend comes to stay some weekends.

Hannah is 30 and works for a healthcare charity full-time from home. She likes running, city breaks, and enjoying all the green spaces nearby.

You'll fit in well if you're laid back annd enjoy having a chat in the kitchen, but are equally happy doing your own thing. This isn’t a party flat so better suited to someone who prefers to socialise out and about.

No smokers or vapers please.

The flat is light, spacious and in good condition. We have two shared bathrooms with showers, a kitchen and a living room. The landlords are great and always come to fix things when needed.

The spare room has a double bed included. It's big enough for a desk and chair, if you want to work from home in the room.

There are several train stations and big supermarkets nearby, and a corner shop a few doors down.

The bills are about £130 each per month. Council tax band: C.
