It's on its own quiet road (no through traffic) and has permit parking and nice neighbours, with all the usual bells and whistles of a shared rental house.
Bills are £125 and the flatmates share out the cleaning of the communal areas.
This would suit a professional who is respectful and polite and who doesn't mind the odd chat when cooking/downstairs.
