Beautiful Double Room in the heart of Wimbledon

Hi! I’m Vanessa and looking for someone to fill my room while I’m away enjoying some proper sunshine and beach. You are going to be living with my current flatmates Ben and Megan in our bright and warm flat in the centre of Wimbledon. I will be away for the whole month of June.

Tenancy: 1 month
Rent: £1000 (including all bills, broadband and cleaning of shared spaces)
Deposit: £500
Location: Central Wimbledon (3 mins walking distance from Wimbledon Station and 15 mins walking distance from South Wimbledon Tube Station).
Availability: 1. - 30. of June

The flat is located in a quiet street 30 seconds from the Broadway and all it’s amenities. We also have the beautiful South Park Gardens at the end of the road.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The bedroom comes completely furnished with a Kings size bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bedside table. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with the other 2. There is a private little garden in front of the house to use as well. Washer and dryer available as well.

About your 2 flatmates:
Ben is full time in the office and Megan is partly working from home, both in the civil service. They’re both very active and like to go to the gym. Both very sociable and fun but respect each other’s privacy.

I’m looking for a clean and active non-smoking professional. Both of the flatmates like spending time together and are very sociable so if you are up for some exercising and occasional trips to the pub that would be a big plus.
