Double Room in Wimbledon

Hi all!
Looking for someone to take over a room in 4-bedroom house in Wimbledon from mid- May (ideally the weekend of the 11/12th).
Located a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon station (District Line/ Overground) and just down the road from South Wimbledon (Northern Line) station.
The landlord (who we rent from directly) is about to put the house on the market however she’s keen to sign someone on a contract in the interim (the other three housemates will all be doing the same). Rent is currently £600 but will be reduced to £550 and the contract will have a two- month notice period (so won’t be left in the lurch with too much notice to move out + the house isn’t actually on the market yet so still likely at least a few months away from any major developments). Bills come to about £120 a month each (gas, water, electricity, council tax and internet). The room comes furnished and I might be leaving the bedside table and chest of drawers so can sell those if keen to keep!
The bathroom will be shared with two others.
The house is incredibly spacious with the entire bottom floor consisting of shared areas (living room, dining room, kitchen and a spare room that’s perfect for WFH/ storage).There’s also a garden!
