I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom in my rented flat for either a couple of weeks or a few months from 1st March to July 1st.

The room is the master bedroom in the flat and features a standard double bed with new memory foam mattress, a built in wardrobe and bay window with shutters.

The room enjoys the morning sun and with high ceilings is very light and airy.

There is a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower.

A shared living/dining room and kitchen, with a large terrace with a bbq that enjoys the afternoon and evening sun from spring to autumn.

Utility bills included.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Wimbledon Station on a peaceful road close to a beautiful park and surrounded by trees. It is also only a short walk from the vast Wimbledon Common, and so is a perfect blend between central London and the countryside.

I am a sociable person, but also appreciate my alone time. I am interested in sharing my home with a peaceful, friendly person.
