Cosy Single Room - In Wimbledon

About the flat: A cozy, well-lit single room in an LGBT+ friendly shared house located just off the centre of Wimbledon. The room is perfect for someone looking for a space with easy access to central London. I'm moving abroad, so we are looking to find a lovely new housemate!!

A short (10min) walk to Wimbledon station that can get you to Waterloo within 20 minutes and is right on the district line. It is also just a few steps away from bus stops that go directly to Kingston and Tooting and just down the hill from Wimbledon Village with some great food and coffee and the beautiful Wimbledon Common.

The bathroom with a bath and shower and kitchen are shared and we have a large common area with a dining table plus a nice sized back garden that is lovely during the summer with patio seating.

Outside the house is a driveway for a car which you would be welcome to use as the rest of the house does not drive. There is also a shed in the garden which you will have shared usage of as well.

Bills are £115 a month on top of rent all in.
