You will be living in a spacious double room with your own private bathroom directly next to your bedroom.

The room now includes a desk (not shown in pictures), but this can be swapped out for more storage if not required.

You will be sharing with 2 quiet and friendly flatmates - one Australian (female) and one South African (male). Situated in a private cul-de-sac, it is just a 10-minute walk from Wimbledon station and shops. Spread over two floors, the flat has three full-size double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and plenty of storage (built-in wardrobe, chests of drawers etc). There is also a shared lounge.

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. There is access to a garden and a parking space available. The property is managed by a private landlord with many years' experience, who is very responsive and who we have a great relationship with.

This room would be ideal for someone who values cleanliness and tidiness (and is comfortable equally sharing the responsibilities of maintaining the household), and is looking for a chilled house to live in.

There's a doctor's surgery 5 mins away, multiple gyms close by, and every possible supermarket within 10 minutes. Wimbledon Common is 15 minutes walk away.

From Wimbledon station you have access to trains, tubes, trams and buses.

Bills not included. Bills over the last year have ranged from £93 (July) to £130 (February) per person.
