Live Right in the Centre of Wimbledon!

We have a room in a house that’s right in the centre of Wimbledon. The room is recently decorated and has a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a large kitchen diner with two fridge freezers, two dishwashers, two washing machines, two ovens, a microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect for having a glass of wine, a bite to eat and maybe catching up with other flatmates at the end of the day.

There are two bathrooms in the house both with power showers. The house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

The house is two minutes walk to the Wimbledon mainline train, tube (District Line) and tram stations and all the shops, bars, restaurants and gyms of Wimbledon Broadway are literally on your doorstep, which is great if you like to go for a nice meal out once in a while. There are four supermarkets close by which is super convenient. It's also only a ten minute walk to South Wimbledon for the Northern Line. And it’s not too far to the very trendy Wimbledon village with all its little boutiques, great restaurants and stylish cafes.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fibre broadband, council tax, and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.

Parking permit available from the local council.
