Warm Friendly Houseshare - Wimbledon

Hi There
We have a light, cozy double room in our House Share available from 1st February 2026.
The home has a lovely layout and welcoming feel. Spacious lounge and dining area, kitchen, utilities room, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, a large garden and undercover outdoor area.
All bills are included.

We enjoy chats after work and the odd glass of wine but also just chilled evenings watching tele or relaxing in our rooms.
The room is a cosy double with view onto the garden, it includes a double bed, desk n chair, shelving unit and built-in wardrobe.

We consider the house our home and are looking for like minded people to share this lovely space with.
The garden is a welcome retreat after a long day at work and we also enjoy BBQ's and a bit of outdoor entertaining when the weather permits!
Wimbledon and Raynes Park stations are within walking distance.
Permit parking is available on the street through council application.
We share our home with a friendly little dog called Tessi who we love and adore so applicants must be happy sharing with a four legged friend.
