Huge en-suite room in Earlsfield/Wimbledon Park

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Earlsfield/Wimbledon Park around mid-February.

✨ The room

It’s a spacious double room with a built in wardrobe and en-suite. The room came part furnished (just the bed), but I’m happy to sell a few bits (two chest of drawers and a desk — super cheap!) or clear everything out if you’d prefer.

✨ The flat

A cosy and comfortable 3 bedroom home with a separate kitchen and living room, plus two bathrooms (yours being the en suite).

We’re in a great location — about a 10 min walk to both Earlsfield station (3 mins to Clapham Junction, 12 mins to Waterloo) and Wimbledon Park on the District Line (17 mins to Earls Court, 24 mins to Victoria).

You’re never more than a 5-10 min walk from a nice pub, a cute café, a supermarket, or a green space.

✨ The flatmates

You’ll be living with Izzy (on the right, 26, Project Coordinator) and Georgia (on the left, 26, Talent Acquisition Consultant). They both work hybrid, so someone with a similar setup would fit best.

It’s a sociable household — pub trips, walks, nights out, the occasional run or gym session, binge-watching series, cooking together — but everyone also respects each other’s space and downtime. We’re looking for somebody to fit in as a friend, as well as a housemate.

✨ Rent and bills

Rent: £1,000 pcm (excluding bills)
Bills: approx. £130 pcm (water, council tax, energy, WiFi)
London Borough of Merton, Council Tax Band C
Deposit: £1,009 (which will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy via the agents).

Tenancy is due to end in August 2026 but there is possibility to extend, to be discussed nearer to the time.
