THE ROOM🛌

The room is absolutely massive, with so much space to really make it feel like your own. The front-facing bay window looks out onto a cricket pitch, which is a great view if working from home when the sun is shining☀️

It comes unfurnished, but I am happy to part with most of the furniture currently in the room.

THE LOCATION📍

The house is just a 2 min walk from Wimbledon Chase station (for Thameslink services) and local shops/cafes/pub.

Wimbledon centre and station is a short bus/train ride or 15-20 min walk (for District line and SWR services to Waterloo), with South Wimbledon station (for Northern line) a similar distance.

THE HOUSE🏠

All communal areas are kept super clean, with a spacious living room (two sofas, Netflix and Sky Sports subscriptions on the TV), next to a conservatory and garden that are great for socialising in the summer.

The main bathroom and additional toilet is shared between all four housemates. The kitchen has two big fridge/freezers, plenty of cupboard space and is equipped with coffee machine/air fryer.

An added bonus is the two spare rooms/office spaces, one of which contains a double bed so is perfect for friends coming to visit on the weekend.

THE HOUSEMATES👫

You’ll be joining a group of housemates that I have absolutely loved living with for the last two years: financial advisor Tom (28), Ben (26) who works at a local university and our resident Aussie/luxury travel expert Chloe (25).

They are a super chilled and friendly bunch, who enjoy sitting down in the evening to watch TV together, as well as the occasional trip to the pub or to play tennis🍺🎾

COST💰

Rent is £835 a month (which has recently gone up in December so no unexpected surprises when you move in).

Bills paid separately (including all utilities, council tax, TV/WiFi and a cleaner who comes every two weeks).

Permits available for on street parking.
