Looking for a flatmate to replace me in a 3 bed flat in Wimbledon as I am moving for work, the tenancy contract will be until the end of July 2026 with potential to stay longer!

The room has a double bed, and large fitted wardrobe, and there's additional storage throughout the flat. The room would be suitable for a working professional who works mostly in the office. You'll share the main bathroom with 1 other tenant, and you have plenty of fridge and kitchen space :)

We are looking for someone who is female, around 25-35 years old, and a working professional.

You will be joining 2 female flatmates, aged 27-30, who are full time working professionals. A bit about the other girls:

Emma- late 20s, works as a primary school teacher, likes film, theatre, and has a great sense of humour! :)

Alicia- 30, works for an education charity, loves drama/theatre, and a good chat!

Both flatmates are lovely, friendly, tidy, and happy to socialise but also quiet and respectful :)

We are also LGBT+ and vegan friendly :)

The flat:
-Cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas, including bathroom
-Bills not included (but approx. £166 per month including the cleaner, internet, council tax, water, gas+electric, tv license)
-Large shared open plan kitchen, living, and dining areas with breakfast bar and a balcony (large space, plenty of room to relax after work and at the weekend, or have friends over and the balcony is great in the summer!)
-Plenty of space and storage in communal areas, room to add your own decor
-Flat is fully furnished, and has a dishwasher, washing machine, separate fridge & freezer
-Apartment building is well presented in a quiet/safe area
-Good relationship with the lettings agent

-57/131 bus stop outside the flat
-5 min bus ride (10-15 min walk) to Wimbledon station which has the District line & national rail (easy access to London Waterloo, Clapham junction, and Central London)
-10min bus ride to South Wimbledon tube (Northern line)
-Wimbledon is a lovely area with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs, gyms, supermarkets & restaurants
