Beautiful double room in Wimbledon

We are looking for a new female housemate in our lovely house in Wimbledon.

The room is a double and comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, mirror and wardrobe. It is £538.40 per month, with bills usually coming to around £130 each, and has recently been painted and has new carpet also!

The house is great and really is a steal for the price, with a front room, large kitchen, garden and a parking space out front. We’re a maximum 5 minute walk to the station and our landlord is great with fixing / helping us with whatever we need. Around us are multiple supermarkets (Sainsburys, Aldi, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco etc) as well as lots of gyms, restaurants and train/tram and District line tube for further out travel.

The three of us in the house work in entertainment PR, sports marketing and childcare and are a friendly and welcoming group. We enjoy catch ups in the kitchen but also are busy professionals who respect each other’s space and lives outside the house. We have all been in the house for 6+ years and and our interests include sports, theatre, cooking, travel etc. We’re ideally looking for someone that will integrate well and be both friendly and respectful.

We’re all keen to maintain a tidy household and take pride in the house, all chipping in with cleaning and house bits - so if you’re prone to messiness, this may not be the house for you!

We’d also like someone with the intention to stay for a good amount of time, so no short-term lets or stopgaps, please!
