Large Double Room in Friendly Wimbledon Flatshare!

Hello! I’m moving out of this lovely flat in Wimbledon to buy my first home and start a new chapter 🏡

The Flat:
The flat is homely, bright and in a fantastic location right next to Merton Park Tram Stop. It’s a 10-minute walk to South Wimbledon tube (Northern Line) and about 10 minutes to Wimbledon High Street and Wimbledon Station (District Line, Thameslink & South Western Railway). There are loads of great shops, bars and restaurants nearby – and of course the tennis!

The flat is a top floor three-bedroom property with a separate living room, kitchen, main bathroom, an additional cloakroom upstairs, and a garden ☀️

The Room:
The room is a large, bright double bedroom with two big built-in wardrobes and plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. It comes unfurnished, however I won’t be taking my bed so I’d be happy to sell it if that’s helpful.

The window lets in lots of natural light and overlooks the garden.

Your flatmates:
You’ll be living with Laura and Mia. Both are lovely professionals in their 30s. Laura has lived in the flat for about four years and works in the Civil Service. She dog sits occasionally 🐶 Mia is new to the flat and works as an actress as well as a barista – occasional free baked goods included! 👀🥖🥐

Rent & Bills:
Rent is £785 per month excluding bills. We also rent out our car parking space which helps offset the bills each month. If you have a car you’d be very welcome to use the space instead 😊

We also have a cleaner every couple of weeks which costs £10 each.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who enjoys a relaxed and sociable home environment. We all have our own routines but enjoy catching up over dinner or occasionally watching some TV together in the lounge.

The room is available from Saturday 28 March.
