Flatshare in Wimbledon

One of our housemates is moving out so we have a double room available from 18th May in our Wimbledon house share!

The current housemates; Calum (29), Padraic (29) and Alex (32) all met through spareroom and have lived together for between around 3 years now.

The house is a 7 min walk to either South Wimbledon or Wimbledon station. The house has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room with washing machine and dishwasher and bi-folding doors out onto a small garden. There is a second living room downstairs which we use as an office space and storage room.

The available bedroom is on the top floor of the house. There are 2 bathrooms so will only be sharing with one other. There is also a small spare room which we use for drying clothes/storage but could also be used as office space, or as your room if preferred!

The start date is set as 18th May as this is the contract change over day so is nonnegotiable sorry!

Rent is £940 and bills come to approximately £100 a month, deposit of £1050. The house is furnished but the available room is unfurnished. The contract length is one-year.
