Lovely double room in Wimbledon

Hi! I’ve recently bought a flat in Wimbledon and I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to share my home with.

The room is a good-sized double with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and a table/desk (the table can be removed if you prefer more space). The flat is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring any kitchen appliances or furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with things like a Nespresso machine, microwave and air fryer. Bills are not included and will be shared equally (est £200)

I’ve recently redone the bathroom and the flat is in great condition, so I’m ideally looking for someone who will keep the place tidy and treat it like a home rather than just a rental.

Location
The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian house, around 10 minutes’ walk from Wimbledon Station and 3 minutes from Waitrose, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

Parking
On-street parking is available via a resident permit.

Rental flexibility
I’m open to short-term lets or Monday–Friday arrangements, and happy to discuss rent depending on the setup.

A bit about me
I’m 32 and work in marketing. Outside of work I’m usually playing netball, at the gym, watching TV, trying new restaurants or heading to the pub with friends. I have a busy social life but also enjoy chilled evenings at home.

Looking for someone who:
• Is tidy and considerate
• Doesn’t work from home full-time (there isn’t space for a desk in the living room unless it’s in the bedroom)
• Is easy to live with – it’d be nice to occasionally chill on the sofa, share a glass of wine, or head to the pub, but everyone also has their own space
