Cosy bright double room overlooking garden

We are looking for a new housemate to join our house in South Wimbledon in June as our current housemate is moving in with their partner.

The room overlooks the back garden and park behind the house. Probably more ideal for someone that does not work from home as much. The rent is £786.50excluding bills

About the house:
There a separate living room and a kitchen/dining room (each person has their own cupboard). There's 1 bathroom shared between 4 which hasn't been a massive issue. We do have a garden which is nice to have in the summer!


We have parking on the street which requires a permit. The house is 10mins walking distance to South Wimbledon Station and 15mins walk to Wimbledon Station.

About us;
Hanna and Marissa both work for the NHS, Carl works as a graphic designer. We all work in the office 2-4 times a week. With Marissa on shift work.

We lead our own lives and are often busy during the week but we do often find time for a catch up in the evenings after work over tv or around dinner time. We sometimes hang out at the weekend too if people are around. We appreciate everyone has their own lives but want to have a homely vibe. We like to keep the house clean and tidy and are looking for someone with similar mindset, as well as someone who wants a home to live in rather than a house to sleep in.
