The house is about 12mins from the mainline and Wimbledon tube station (District line) and about 8 mins from Northern line, so ideally situated for travel. This is a great location as it is walking distance from shops, restaurants and pubs and a short bus ride away from Wimbledon Common and Village. We also have a gym/swimming pool nearby. We are looking for fun, easygoing and sociable people to get along with the existing housemates as we wish to maintain the good homely/friendly atmosphere. The household is considerate of other people's space and appreciates a quiet night's sleep (especially during the working week). The house is clean and tidy and everyone does their bit so it is important that this is appreciated and that you are prepared to do your share. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week to help (this is suspended at the moment). All bills are around £50pcm on top of the rent. Council tax is included in the rent.
