Lovely Double Room in Beautiful Edwardian House

PLEASE NOTE: This is for ONE MONTH only as I am likely to then have family staying.

Beautiful, double bedroom with King-sized bed in a lovely, well-maintainted 4 bed Edwardian house in West Wimbledon available now.

The room consists of lots of built in wardrobes, with plenty of hanging space and shelves and a dressing table.

It also has a great fold down table and comfy chair that I have just bought from Ikea which is handy for using a laptop.

I have had the room professionally deep-cleaned and have had the carpet professionally shampooed.

Transport links are exceptional, with a bus stop 3 minutes walk away, Raynes Park train station 10 minute walk away (bus goes there too) and London Underground at Wimbledon (one stop from Raynes Park on train).

We have a Waitrose about 8 minutes walk away and lots of local shops and cafes.
We are also a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon Village (or short bus ride) where there is a nice atmosphere, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and the common is located next to the village, so all very nice!

The road is extremely quiet (as is the house) and the house is also kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is quite new, bathroom is in good condition, hall, stairs and landing recently decorated and the garden has just had a complete overhaul.

I am looking for a friendly, considerate, clean housemate who likes living in a clean and tidy house!

The rent includes all bills, free wifi etc and the house is very relaxed (you would be sharing with just me - the landlady!).
