Due to a current housemate moving out, we are looking for someone new to move in to our home. It's a large, furnished double room in a 3 bedroom, first floor flat situated on the edge of the beautiful South Park Gardens.

Great location for any working professional with fantastic transport links into Central London. A short 5 min walk from Wimbledon Rail & Tube station and 10 min walk from South Wimbledon tube.

Located off The Broadway, it’s a stone’s throw from shops, pubs, and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle in a peaceful and quiet setting.

There is a large, spacious lounge/dining room, looking out onto the beautiful shared garden. Modern well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc, bathroom (with bath and shower), and separate toilet.

Rent is extremely good value for this area and standard of accommodation - £746 plus bills (roughly £160 per month each). Bills include - council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence, broadband, kitty for cleaning products etc. and fortnightly cleaner.
