A lovely big unfurnished double room with gorgeous en-suite bathroom will be available in our beautiful home in Wimbledon from the 11th of June.

My boyfriend and I have decided to live together, so after 2 wonderful years in this house, the time has come for me to move on.

The house comes with everything you could possibly need.

We are only a 5 minute walk to Wimbledon station that has a direct line to Waterloo and is also the start of the District line, which means you always get a seat!

Being this close to the station means you are just a short stroll away from the all the shops, bars and restaurants Wimbledon has to offer. Wimbledon Village is also just up the hill. There is also a large Waitrose just across from the house, which is very convenient (and gets a little dangerous with those late night chocolate runs).

If you like running, Wimbledon Common is within easy reach. There’s a Park Run there every Saturday. However, if you are more of a gym enthusiast, there is a Nuffield and Virgin Active gym very close by. As well as a few more gyms down the high street.

You would be sharing with 3 lovely, outgoing and independent ladies in their late 20s/early 30s. We are looking for a friendly and sociable professional, late 20's - mid 30's. We would like to keep the house as females only.

We have a cleaner that comes once a week, so the house is always clean. We try to keep it tidy in between the cleaner's visits.

The rent is £770 per month plus approx. £120 bills, which includes all bills (council tax, gas/electric, Sky & broadband). We pay the same amount towards bills every month to cover us through the year - so no nasty surprises!

We are looking to do viewings on weekday evenings and need to have chosen a new housemate by the 15th of May (a bit early due to holiday plans).
