We are looking for a house mate for a double bedroom (fully furnished) with garden view in a semi-detached house in West Wimbledon.
The area is residential and quiet, perfect for escaping the hectic City life. Still, the transport links are great with a train station 2 minutes away (Thameslink - going directly to Blackfriars, Farringdon etc) and 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes bus to Morden station. Post code is SW209JU.
The house has a large garden, parking, living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Garage can be used for additional storage eg bicycles. You can also use the garden furniture and BBQ.
The existing house mates are professionals (lawyer and architect), used to living in house shares in London for many years.
This would be ideal for someone who is friendly and sociable but still enjoys their privacy.

The price includes all bills and a cleaning lady is coming every two weeks.
