We have two double rooms available in our relaxed professional house share based in Wimbledon. Only 10 mins walk to Raynes park station (35 mins to Waterloo) and 20 mins walk to Wimbledon for the district line.

The house:
○ Large living room with sofas and a dining table.
○ Galley kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
○ Bathroom with bath/shower
○ Two separate toilets
○ Nice patio garden with plenty of space for a BBQ
○ On street-parking available if you apply for a permit from the council (easy to find a space)

Bills:
○ Bills generally around £80 a month.

Deposit and fees:
○ Deposit is £750
○ Our contract is due to renew on the 5th July so there will be agency fees to add you to the contract

Nearby:
○ Wimbledon town centre and centre court shopping centre (20 mins walk, 5 minute bus)
○ Raynes park high street with Sainsburys, Coop large Waitrose, Costa, Starbucks, Anytime Fitness and several restaurants (10 mins walk)
○ Wimbledon Racquets and Fitness Club (10 mins walk)
○ Wimbledon common

Housemates!
One teacher, one education consultant, and one triathelete coach. We are all professionals with busy jobs so would like someone who will keep this a relaxing place to come home to. We have a lovely shared living and dining room space, and like to have a chat after work with a cup of tea and the occasional movie and pizza night.
