Location: Located 5-10 minute walk from Wimbledon (Overground, Tram, District Line) & South Wimbledon Tube (Northern Line) Stations. There’s a Bus Stop only 3 minutes walk away (57, 93) and other connections are a 5 minute walk away (200, 493, 156, 163/164). Opposite a gorgeous park with most major shops, Centre court shopping and other amenities within a 5-10 min walking distance. Very close to Wimbledon Broadway and 10 mins on the bus to get to Wimbledon common/Tennis/Buddhist Temple etc.
£640 p/m ― includes all household bills (tv license, council tax, WiFi, electricity/water/gas) EXCEPT for the weekly cleaner who does the shared areas only (£10 p/w) and the cleaning supplies/loo rolls (maximum £10 every month but usually less).

Your room: spacious with a large walk in cupboard space for clothes and storage, painted white for brightness, polished wooden floors, double bed, table with mirror, record shelving unit, chest of draws, shelving units either side of bed, large mirror, lamp etc. (We can remove anything if you don’t need it). Currently has a large flat screen tv of mine in there which I’m happy for you to use during your stay, but you’ll need to provide whatever portal you use to watch stuff on (has hdmi input for your laptop). We have other pieces of furniture if needed in the loft.

House: 2 story, 3 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms (both incl: Bath/shower, sinks, toilet), front/back garden (with gazebo, plants/herbs & Lots of Raspberries, Permanent Brick BBQ, Garden Chairs & Table). Large communal lounge, Widescreen 4K TV, SKY sports package, Various games consoles (ps5 included), DVD collection, 6-person dinner table and large comfortable L-shaped settee. Very homely and comfortable to live. Relaxed/Chilled atmosphere, friendly, respectful etc. We have been using the dinner table to work remotely from in the front room together which you can join us (great wifi). Non smoker but can smoke in garden outside when warm.

Your Housemates: Me (works in charity, animal lover, into the arts, good food, friendly etc) and Charlie (works in marketing, loves games, movies and animals), and of course Sebastian and Tabatha, the cats (sorry, can’t really accept anymore pets)! Huge lovers of music, tv, film and games. Social house with friends visiting often and a friendly atmosphere.

You: Preferably likes animals (we have 2 cats, essentially it’s their home and we share it with them hehe), friendly/polite/considerate/open-minded, we all have our own lives but when spending time at home it’s nice to have a good chemistry and be able to all relax together without hassle ― employed with no issues paying the bills ― Like a clean house, especially the shared areas. LGBTQIA’s friendly (no bigots thanks)
