Large Double Room Available in Wimbledon

One of our existing housemates is moving to New Zealand so a large double is available from 17th April!

Currently sharing are existing housemates Lauren and David.

There is a bus stop right outside the flat with links to Wimbledon, South Wimbledon (Northern Line) and Raynes Parks Stations in about 5 minutes. Wimbledon Chase (3mins) and the tram (7mins) are a quick walk away as well.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside locker, chest of drawers and hanging rail. These can be left for you or removed if you have your own furniture to bring.

The flat has its own ground floor access and a large corridor with plenty of storage space. There is access to a shared garden at the rear and a small shed for storing any bikes etc.

The tv room is small but has a comfy couch that's perfect for a movie night. The kitchen is a decent size with a good gas cooker and oven. The boiler has been recently upgraded as well which is nice.

We are two professionals (1 Scottish and 1 English) who work in and around London and are a friendly bunch.

Total bills are approximately £90 per month each and include virgin broadband and tv.
