House has a large living room with dining table. Very comfortable couch and chairs with TV (licence recently renewed)
Kitchen- you will have your own small fridge and share freezer with other flatmates.
Good washing machine and reliable boiler.
House is connected to sky and sky broadband.

Two girls, both working full time in media currently occupy the other two rooms. Be good to get someone easy going and chill to move in.
Both girls are British and live quite busy lives.

Bills excluded but are usually between 80-90 pounds depending on seasons.

The property is run by an agency for the landlord so there is a fee of 150 pounds.
