We have a double room to rent for one tidy and respectful person.

The house is very conveniently located: 5 min. walk to Wimbledon Park station (District Line), 7 min. walk to Wimbledon park with a lot of green space, tennis courts etc.

Perfect connection to the centre of Wimbledon and London, 10 min. walk to Earlsfield station, 156 bus stop in front of the house so you’ll have plenty of options transport wise.

The house has 3 bedrooms (each for single occupancy) with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is also a small garden where we grow some vegetables and relax on a warm day.

We’ve been in the house for the last 7 years (via private landlord) and treat it as a place to rest so it would most suit a person who’s looking for a quiet household. We do enjoy occasional barbecue/dinner, but in general prefer to socialise/spend free time outdoors.
All bills (wifi, water, gas, electricity, council tax) are included in the rent so there is no need to worry about any hidden extras.
