We are looking for a Monday - Friday lodger for a double room in our house. Our preference is for a mature professional. We want the place to ourselves from Friday evening to Sunday evening (arriving Sunday evening is fine)

The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, cupboards, chest of drawers, mirror etc.

Bathrooms are shared.

Included in the cost is cleaning, bedding, linen/towels, all bills.

The house is 5 mins walk from Wimbledon Park tube on the District line.

We have let the room previously and are quite comfortable with having a lodger.
