Spacious Double Room in WimbledonPark

We have a double room to rent for one tidy and respectful person.

The house is very conveniently located: 5 min. walk to Wimbledon Park station (District Line), 7 min. walk to Wimbledon Park with a lot of green space, tennis courts etc., 8 min. walk to Earlsfield train station, 156 bus stop in front of the house so you’ll have plenty of options transport wise.

You would be sharing with 3 other professionals. The house has 4 bedrooms (each for single occupancy) with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor with an extra storage room for suitcases etc. The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a table with chairs. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary items like a washing machine, an iron with ironing board, kitchen utensils etc.

We are friendly and easy going and we welcome international people, but please note this is not a party house and it would best suit a person looking for a place to relax after work. You also need to be pet friendly as there is a neighbourhood cat (beautiful and clean) visiting our house on regular basis.

Smoking is not permitted inside, but there is a large garden if you do smoke. The garden is ideal for enjoying some sun and barbecue in the summer.

Most of the bills (WiFi, water, gas, TV licence, shared cleaning products and weekly cleaning of common parts) are included. There is a £50 pcm extra charge for council tax and electricity.
