have cheap room but need help to clear flat as full of rubbish and i have had 2 strokes, so need. approx 1 hr daily plus rent . good for someone wants company too . am currently mature student started studying law online . have 2 cats . ground floor with small park at rear . car park if you have car . maybe longer let if we get on ok . be nice to have company too as is lonely on ones own.
