A single room in a shared lovely house near Wimbledon Park. Share kitchen, bathroom and living room with three other girls. They are all nice people and professionals but now most of time they work from home.

The room itself is a little bit small. At first there's only wardrobe, single bed and a chest next to the bed. But then I managed to put a small desk and a chair between my bed and wardrobe. If you want, you can keep it that way. Otherwise, you can just put the desk back to the living room and the chair to the kitchen. That desk will be big enough for working on a laptop.

In most of the day time, I can work in the living room on the big dinning table and also eat there. Sometimes other girls will also use the living room for meal or working. But it can't be used for storage, which means we clean out our stuff after we using it.

The bathroom and kitchen are clean and tidy. A regular cleaner will come once a week clean the common area including bathroom, kitchen, living room and corridors. In the rest of the time, we clean right after we cook so it never get messy.

In the kitchen, there are gas stoves, cooker hood, oven, microwave, a quite big fridge and an extra one, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher for everyone to use. almost all the cooking tools, tableware and cutlery in the drawers are shared. Other than that, everyone will get their own cabinet.

The bills are NOT included in the price:
1. We split the bill of Council tax, Electricity and gas, BT broadband, kitchen cleaning stuff and TV licenses, approximately £100 per month. Tenants pay these ourselves. The gas and electricity price will increase a lot this year, unfortunately.
2. Water fee. £17 per month, directly pay it to the land lady.
3. Cleaner fee. £25 per week in cash. We pay the cleaner in turns when she comes.

The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. A co-op just around the corner, which is super convenient. Got two lovely local bar nearby. Nice location. 5 minutes walk to a Sainsbury, to the Wimbledon Park and to the Wimbledon Park Station of District line. Bus 156 can take you directly to Clapham Junction.
