Double room in London to rent, sharing with one other person. Second floor flat in quiet leafy green cul-de-sac. Nice neighbours.

Room comes with a brand new double bed, wardrobe and small table (if needed) and side drawers.

It is south facing so gets the sun all day with lots of natural light in the room and the lounge.

Very close to shops and coffee shops and restaurants in Leopold road (5min walk). Big Waitrose is 5min away and Lidl is about 10min.

Situated between 2 stations both approx 15min walk: Wimbledon Park (District Line) and Wimbledon Station (District line, Tram and train lines into London takes about 20min). Loads of bus options. About 25min walk to South Wimbledon station which is the northern line.

Rent is £700/month and bills are shared (approx £150/month) which includes gas, electricity, internet, water and council tax.

I am a working professional, easy going and active. I like to socialise and go to the gym.
Very clean and tidy, would suit someone who is also tidy and likes to socialise but also has their own activities. It’s not a party house and is a smoke free place.

I do work from home most the time so would probably suit someone who is office based but we can talk about how we can make it work.
