Large double room next to Wimbledon Park

We’re looking for a new housemate!

We're 3 friends (Sam, Yelena and Emily) who have secured a let on 27 Ryfold Road.

The contract is for 24 months, but the agent's confirmed that we'll have flexibility to change housemates before then if needed. So don't worry if you're only looking for 1 year! That works just fine for us.

The house is 3 minutes' walk from Wimbledon Park tube station on the District line, and 5 minutes from the park itself. Council tax band is F and we're expecting bills to be £80-90 each per month.

Only requirements are that you’re generally clean and tidy in the common areas and quiet at night. Besides that we’re very laid back =)

We have one very cute cat, who's mostly outdoors or in Yelena's room. Low maintenance and she's been fine in the current place.
