It is a nice residential area with all the basic amenities nearby, including a Sainsbury's as well as an Off-License store opposite, apart from quick access to bus stops as well as tube stations(<0.4miles).
The rent, inclusive of all utilities(Including Council Tax), would be £750 per person per month. (House rent~ £650 and all the utilities~ £100 = Total rent~ £750)
