Sadly my flatmate will be leaving earlier than planned so I am looking for a replacement tenant to share this lovely spacious flat with me!

Open for short term but ideally long term to take over my flatmate’s in our remaining tenancy agreement.

You will be taking over her room — its a bright double room comes with a desk and built in wardrobe!

We will be sharing all the other common spaces such as living room, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The flat comes with plenty of storage spaces in living area + well furnished with dining table, sofas, coffee table, TV, fridge, freezer, kitchen appliances (microwave, kettle, etc), gas hob stovetop, oven and also washing machine!

The usual bits:
Rent is at £956 pcm without bills
Bills amounting to ~£80-90pcm (This includes electricity, gas, water and also internet)

Access:
Bus stop right in front of the flat (reachable by night bus), 6-10 mins from Wimbledon Park station (District line), and 10-15 mins from Earlsfield station (South Western rail). There’s a Sainsbury’s right across, off licence and plenty of food / shops along the street. Landlord has been quick and responsive for repairs and so on. Minimum street noises too. Overall nice experience so far.
