We (Ben and Emma) are renting the top floor of our beautiful cottage which is situated in the fantastic community of Crooked Billet (on Wimbledon Common). Crooked Billet is home to two of SW London's best gastropubs - The Crooked Billet and the Hand in Hand - as well as Kings Club (1 minutes walk from the house) - a newly developed gym, swimming pool, squash and tennis courts.
Our house is very spacious, it has 3 bedrooms (we use 1 as a study/storage room), 2 bathrooms (both with bath/showers and toilets), 1 separate toilet, 1 living room and open plan kitchen/dining room.
We are hard working professionals and are often home fairly late & leave early. We are usually away from home every other weekend. So a lot of the time the house will feel like it is entirely your own.
We have a Spanish Water Dog (Flow) who is hypoallergenic. Flow comes to work with me (Ben).
