The flat has a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining space with great natural light, all on one level (no stairs). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, dishwasher, modern oven, microwave, air fryer, and other quality appliances. The building has a private residents’ garden and an elevator, and the flat (second floor) overlooks the garden and stays light and airy throughout the day.

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Bills + fortnightly cleaner are charged extra as a set monthly contribution (council tax band F).
