Large Double Room Near Station and Green

Hello!

I have a very large and bright double room available close to Winchmore Hill train station and village green with easy access to the Sainsbury's supermarket on Green Lanes.

THE ROOM
Extremely large and bright double room overlooking the back of the house so no traffic noise from the front. The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and draw unit. You'll see in the pictures I have way too much stuff so amazing to have a large room. Couples have previously shared this room before me. I also like it has it's own private corridor which is amazing for bike or bag storage.

THE FLAT
Flat split over two levels on the top floor of a beautiful Victorian house and comes with a very large living and dining room (complete with dart-board and very comfortable sofas), a shared bathroom with bath/shower, spare bedroom for guests and a good sized kitchen. Also plenty of room for storage in the loft or cupboard spaces which aren't really used. Parking is available either free on the street or on the drive.

THE AREA
I love Winchmore Hill and I will be sad to leave the area. So many amazing pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The Green is a big favourite of mine, especially on a sunny day. Lots of supermarkets and shops nearby also. Be in the city in 30 minutes thanks to being so close to the train station and some trains don't stop at all the stops so you can be at Finsbury Park in 15-20 mins.

THE HOUSEMATES
Current housemates are Gosia and Tom, both working professionals who are relaxed and great for a chat. Tom is a teacher and Gosia is a mentor working with children and parents.

The room is available from 1st September. The contract does not start until 27th but I am looking to sublet my room from the 1st before the contract commences. 731 covers the rent and all bills. We currently have a cleaner also which brings the bills to 774 but this is something you can discuss with the other tenants.
