I’m renting my spare large double bedroom in a two bedroom flat on the first floor in Winchmore Hill, literally 2 min away from the station that takes you to Liverpool Street within 20 minutes.
Due to a change in circumstances, I am looking for a professional female housemate to share the flat with me.
I like to relax, go to museum, exercise, cook and go out with my friends and I work 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The apartment is bright and cheerful and fully furnished to a high standard with good heating and isolation.
The building has ample parking and all the facilities within 5 min walking distance (dry cleaning, restaurants, pubs, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, coffee shops).
I’m a friendly, clean and respectful person who I would like to share the flat with someone similar.
As I am preferably looking for a long term person I would respectfully like to have a reference.
