Note for DOUBLE ROOM is £245pw for a single occupant, There will be an additional cost of £15 per day for an extra guest /couples

SINGLE ROOM £130 pw

1-month Rent in advance along with a £150 deposit before you move in. Deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay providing that room is left in the same condition you moved in.
