Large Double en-suite Bedroom in Winchmore Hill

Hello. I'm Matt, the current tenant in this room and I'm helping Rebecca, the landlady, find somebody to take this great room. Rebecca is a live in landlady, but don't let that put you off as the room and house work really well and you will feel like it is your own home too and be well looked after.

The Room:
Large furnished double bedroom comes with bed, wardrobe, bedside table, fridge, desk & chair and 48" wall mounted smart tv.
The room has it's own ensuite.

The House:
The main shared spaces are the kitchen and garden. The kitchen is large and also has a dining table and a sofa corner with a smart tv. Rebecca maintains a really nice garden that is easily accessed and gets the afternoon/evening sun to really enjoy those summer evenings.
If you have a car the house has a large driveway that can be used.

The Area
Just a short walk to Winchmore Hill Green there is easy access to the local shop, restaurants, coffee shops and four great pubs nearby too.
The house is a quick 5 minute walk to Grovelands Park.

Transport
An 8 minute walk away is Winchmore Hill national rail station with regular trains to Alexandra Palace (8 mins), Finsbury Park (16 mins) and Moorgate (30 mins).
Walking 25 minutes, or 15 minutes by bus is Southgate Underground on the Piccadilly Line.
