The amount of space in the house enables you to socialise if you wish to in the large communal areas and garden, or have your own space. We all get on well with each other, and are looking for a like minded housemate to join our lovely house.

The house has all amenities you would expect from a modern detached house including a separate contemporary kitchen/reception room. Separate utility room including washer and dryer and separate lounge. Both lounges with Virgin Media TV (bills included).
The large furnished double bedroom looks out the back of the house over the garden with city views. There is a shared bathroom with one other lovely lady including large shower. The room itself is comfortable, fully furnished with wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers and sofa.
