Hello. We are looking for a tenant (no couples) to share our large house with. We are a couple with a young daughter, are professionals, sociable and normal. Our daughter is a 5 year old, lots of fun and is sleeping through the night. We love cooking and often share dinners and meals with current tenant.

The room available is a double bedroom loft conversion with full ensuite. The house is well decorated and maintained with nice touches like underfloor heating and lots of storage space.

It is on a quiet residential street just 2 minutes from Wood Green tube station and from the high street with a shopping mall and plenty of shops (2 Cinemas, food market stalls, Morrisons, Sainsbury, Argos, Wilko, Tiger, Primark, Boots, Superdrug, H&M, Pret a Manger, Five Guys and lots of authentic restaurants).

Alexandra Palace, the beautiful park and the famous Ice Rink are only 15 minutes walk away. This is a really great value house for the money, with plenty of room for living, storage, etc.
