Beautiful newly refurbished big double bedroom

My friend has moved out to another country, so I am looking for a replacement (LONG TERM PERFER). The room is fully furnished with a double bed, two side tables, two bed side lights, one drawer and a really big wardrobe (1.8m wide* 2.2m height). Perfect for tenant who doesn’t have furniture but a lot of stuffs.

The flat is with a very transport convenient location. 5-8 minutes walk away from Alexander Palace train station, where you can take the Great Northern train to Moorgate and Old Street within 15mins. 7-10 mins walking distance to both Wood Green and Bounds Green stations, which are on Piccadilly line with 24/7 service. There is a bus stop just in front of the building, if you don't feel like walking to Wood Green or Bounds Green station. The night bus N98 is also running to the Salon square, handy for a late night fun.

Recently it has been fully renovated with separated bathroom and toilet. A dusty pick warm living room with large dining table, TV and sofa. Kitchen has all the cooking facilities. I am a very clean person, so I am hoping to find a replacement that is like-minded. You will have your own door lock, so you can keep your room all safe and nice. Your room has a double bed with a huge wardrobe and two big mirrors, very big space to store all your clothes and stuffs. Two white side tables with two lights. Another small table in the room corner. The storage space is plenty, you can even keep things under the bed.

The flat is in a block building on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of sky and city from all windows, there are 2 lifts and 1 fire exit. Concierge/reception on the Ground floor, security fob entry only. Phone buzz outside of the building, so you can answer from the flat. It is all safe and secured for us.

I (also the landlord and flat owner) am friendly and respecting each other's privacy. Changing job to Leeds in this September, so the entire flat will be yours most of the time! I will only pop back occasionally over the weekend. I am looking for a responsible flatmate who can nicely look after the flat while I am away.

Please be aware that the room was rented at £800 but dropped to £750 this time. This is because the flat is having a top-up system on gas and electricity, which means you need to pay the gas and electricity by how much you are using, instead of a monthly payment. I will be living out of the flat most of the days and can’t tell the credit level, so you will have to pay the bills yourself. There is a smart meter tells the credit level, so you will know how much you have spent and when to top up (this can be done through your phone and laptop). For council tax, water and internet, they are all included.

Deposit is actually a month rent in advance as a safety deposit to any damages to the flat or risk of outstanding rental payment.

The flat is newly refurbished, no heavy smoker please.
