It's a big double room (single use) furnished in a flat.

It's 10 mins walk to Wood Green Station.
There is a bus stop right in front of the door if you don't wanna walk ;) They all go to the station after 3 stops.
There is a Tesco and many off licences right in the street next to the building.
The rent is £700+ approximately +/- 100 bills (water, electricity, council tax, internet gas is on top up).
