The house is 10 minutes from Wood Green (Piccadilly Line), 15 minutes from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line), & 20 minutes from Alexandra Palace (Great Northern). Local bus services are great. Small shops minutes away in Lordship Lane and pretty much everything you could need on Wood Green High Street (shops, cinema, gym, food). The street itself is residential and fairly quiet.
You will be sharing with 4 other people. All young professionals who work mostly in the performing arts. We have a shared living room and lots of space in the kitchen. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person.
Room itself is a good size. I had space for a desk and bookshelf, as well as the furniture that comes with the room (chest of drawers, cupboard, double bed). The room is on the ground floor and gets a lot of light.
Landlord is really great and is always available and sorts things out very quickly.
The deposit is £525.
You could move in immediately. For a 12 month contract starting in September.
