We have double room available to rent in our spacious and comfortable Wood Green flat.

The room comes fully furnished with loads of storage storage space, a double bed, luxurious carpet and huge wardrobe. It gets loads of natural light, stays warm in the winter, and cool in the summer.

The flat has a large communal living/dining room with two sofas, a dining table and a desk so there's plenty of room for you to relax/eat/work and generally live your best life. There's also a massive kitchen that is already equipped with all the utensils and appliances you could ever need. and good sized bathroom too.

We a professional couple (26 & 27) working in health & fitness and web development respectively. We're into good food, good coffee and good pubs. We love cooking, going to gigs, and have been known to ride our bicycles for hours at a time, just for the craic.

We are located just off Green lanes, just a short walk (10 mins) from Wood Green (piccadilly line), Bounds Green (also piccadilly line) and Bowes Park (National Rail to Moorgate). Myddleton Road is great little area nearby with cafes/bars and a monthly farmers market. Wood Green has a huge array of high street shops, cinemas and proper supermarkets so you'll be able to find everything you need day to day without travelling too far.
