Large studio loft apartment

The studio is stunning - peaceful, private and bright - and features a floor to ceiling picture window that overlooks a park and school playing fields.

The loft shares my hallway and stairs but is self-contained, and includes a kitchenette and large shower-room. There is plenty of storage and the space comes furnished. The studio is situated at the top of a 3-storey house, where I live. I’m an artist working partly at home and partly in my studio in Wood Green
The studio is available for single occupancy - short or long lets – or weeknights only.

The house is located approximately 15 minute walk from Wood Green tube (Piccadilly Line), and it also close to Alexandra Park for the over ground. I am willing to consider off-street parking for a car at an extra cost.

I like things pretty low key, friendly and quiet and am looking for someone similarly minded who will be considerate and relaxed.
